Review by hotel critic
Review of Casa Del Rio GuayasDuring my recent stay at Casa Del Rio Guayas, I found the establishment presents a balanced mix of affordability and luxury, particularly appealing for travelers focused on value. Arriving from a long flight, I appreciated the seamless airport shuttle service, which comfortably transported me to the hotel at a very reasonable price. The spacious room offered a pleasant sitting area with a large balcony-a small luxury that felt inviting. Cleanliness was evidently prioritized, as the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my visit. The breakfast served on the rooftop was a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day amid pleasant views. On New Year's Day, I was grateful for the manager's assistance in arranging transport to Cuenca, despite it being a holiday when many taxis were unavailable. It's these thoughtful touches, like organizing tours or ticket assistance, that enhance the overall experience without inflating costs dramatically. Casa Del Rio Guayas strikes an effective balance between luxury amenities and cost efficiency. For those seeking comfort without extravagant spending, this hotel should certainly be considered.
